Amazon Flex Abuse

First of all the Flex APP must have been written by an Android code drop out. Every update has a total new list of bugs. The latest version has problems scanning in packages and lost over 30 packages. I was told to reboot my phone then rescan the packages. After rebooting the app says that I was on my route and would not allow me to rescan. I was then told by a manager to unload the packages then check in with him after I left the building.

After i got out of the pickup area another manager told me that I never checked in on the app ( you cannot scan packages unless you are checked in ). Then the manager that said i did not check in tells me that i needed to go outside to reboot my phone as it would not reboot inside properly. After rebooting and going back inside the app says that I am to start a delivery block that starts in 5 mins!!! ( He had me step outside so that I could not view that he manipulated the delivery block schedules ) I had already been there for an hour and half dealing with the app issues. Go to pick up the new block and the app still has scanning issues. Once out on the route the app starts to act up again but the support line says to reboot the app and continue on.

In the end it took nearly 7 hours to deliver what was only to be a 4 hour block after dealing with the app issues, support lines and the abusive manager I ended up making under state minimum wage with fuel costs factored in.
