Terminal career

Amazon ex-employees are usually not hired by other tech companies. It takes too much un-training to excise their "kill or be-killed" mentality as well as retraining them to play well with others on a team. With the company still averaging 1-3 years on average for workers and now 500k of them at any given time, you gotta wonder where they'll end up. Collecting unemployment or disability for decades once their limited Amazon stock gains run out, since they never vested very much?
