Heading towards unionization

I am an Amazon employee. I use to work for another industry in which each employee was protected under unions. The failing structure of Amazon is definitely heading towards unionization. Lots of favoritism, under pay and over working employees.  I push a 100 pound cart around for ten hours. Climbing, bending, twisting etc.. for ten hours only to race the clock to be able to sit down for breaks which aren't 15 minute breaks but 10 minute minus the 5 minute of walking for each break. I can't even get properly maintained equipment to push around to make my job easier. I developed a leg rash inside of my thighs and they didn't give a sh*t.

The place I worked before was being ran by managers who are real leaders, but Amazon only has managers who don't know how to do their jobs. There's a difference between the two.
