Unfair but lawful

I've seen what Amazon did to my friends. They were treated unfairly and forced out of the company upon which Amazon asked them to sign a no-sue/non-disparagement agreement in return for severance pay which was a month's worth of money.

Amazon also threatened to demand repayment of bonuses and relocation if the agreement was not signed and returned in 2 weeks. Sadly unfair treatment doesn't equate to unlawful treatment. I wouldn't ever recommend this sh*tty stingy nasty company to anyone.
