Abusive anonymous feedback

I have been an Amazon employee for 4 years. I was suddenly given my second warning yesterday. I was told it was due to peer feedback. It had nothing to do with my job performance, which was confirmed to be as good as ever. Apparently, one of my peers must suddenly be fearful of being the lowest on the totem pole, so their solution was to throw me under the bus based on untrue information.

It is very disheartening to suddenly realize that my livelihood is at risk due to a failing peer who abuses the anonymous feedback system. I wonder how few people use the feedback system honestly, because the longer I am here, the more I believe that the long-term employees must manipulate feedback to survive, so Amazon is definitely incentivizing increasingly unethical behavior.
