Hating the management culture

I hate Amazon’s management culture as much as anyone. Having worked there, I probably hate it more than most. There is a rampant abuse of hard working employees who are mistreated and fired to excuse management failures since the managers themselves only ever take the blame for even more senior management failures.

After 20 years in business and billions in revenues, it's hard to see a path where they will self-correct. When is this management style going to cost them? Ten more years? 20? The stock market will keep rewarding them, so if our society actually cares about employees being rewarded fairly for their hard work without the risk of firing for purely political reasons, then it will take a popular movement to make this happen.
