Amazon is a leading exploiter

I used to work in Amazon's legal department. What I've seen tells me that that Amazon is probably a leading exploiter of the labor rules that favor organizations over workers in disputes. This is because Amazon chooses to side with bad managers over workers in every case I've seen. I think this points to a need to strengthen rules to better protect the rights of employees nationwide. I consider Amazon a poster child for the need for a movement to protect employee rights and advocate for better employee working conditions and benefits. This problem needs to be addressed in all US companies not just Amazon, but Amazon is certainly leading by example in the wrong way to do things.
