Treated like dirt

The only good thing about working for Amazon is a decent paycheck but the company puts so many catches there. For one, they force you to repay money if you leave, including signing and relocation bonuses. You will have to repay it back if you leave before 2 years. And more than half the people do leave before 2 years.

Management is the worst at Amazon. I worked at 2 facilities on the opposite coasts of America and it was the same across the board. Everyone is constantly scared of being fired. They will threaten you so they find ways to make you stay longer and blame you for things out of your control.

I was in the military and this is much worse than boot camp. It's slave labor, period.  I wouldn't ever expect anyone to treat people the way this company acts from the top all the way down.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT work for Amazon!!!

I came to Amazon because of the glitzy name and position. It's simply not worth it ...unless you enjoy being treated like dirt...
