Half of Amazon are weasels

The biggest problem during my time at Amazon was not the quantity of work. It was that half of the employees are weasels who spend their time trying to figure out the best way to get other half to do the real work so that they can get the credit and get promoted for it. Those chumps who believe in 'a team effort' wind up doing the work to the point of getting burned out and then the weasels do nothing but quickly swoop in and claim credit for it. The weasels then advance and stay at Amazon a long time, feeding on being fueled by the unending supply of 2-year maximum tenure employees who do all the work and then get managed out by the weasel group, who continually ingratiates themselves to their managers until they themselves become the managers. It's a never ending cycle which rewards the worst low-life scum you can imagine.
