Turnover too high

Amazon management needs to get involved to fix these problems because turnover is very high.

Why is turnover high you ask? It is really hot on the production floor. The workload are unbalanced. Managers are unfair with time off and learning opportunities. Local leadership lacks personnel skills. The night shift is overloaded. Job ads promise a flexible schedule but this never happens.

Amazon corporate doesn't care about any of this. It really feels like they based your success on who you know rather than merit like they claim.
