Managerial abuses

To whom it may concern, I am a 15 year veteran of Amazon. In my 15 years, I've witnessed many managerial abuses. Drugs and prostitution and sex in exchange for promotions. Racist managers. The production standards are so high, I've witnessed 2 people have heart attacks from being worked too hard. The productivity rates are raised every year but no one tells you how you can reach these goals. If you can't reach them, they fire you. If you do reach them, they hound you for your secrets and if they use the idea, they just give you a t-shirt. The worst thing that happens is they haven't given the hourly workers a raise in 5 years. They once gave us 25 cents but then raised our health insurance costs more. In order to give us help, they pay temps 3 to 4 dollars more than us and let them stay 5 months. Then they expect them to stay as employees at a greatly reduced rate.
