Deleting problems

I used to work for Amazon customer service until a couple of weeks ago. A lot of people have called in this year just to say that they would stop buying from us if our advertising on Breitbart didn't stop. We were trained to respond with "I understand how you feel. I will pass your message along to the appropriate department". 

Afterward the first call, I looked through the policies to find the right feedback form but there wasn't one. After getting several more calls, I decide to post on this topic it on our internal message boards. I tagged Jeff Bezos to make sure he knew about it. Within less than 5 minutes, my message was deleted.
