Uncivil environment
When I worked at Amazon, a VP asked our team who we wanted to have sex with at work. This was thebeginning of an uncivil work environment. Jeff Bezos repeatedly denies all claims of incivility at Amazon." I decided to tell Jeff that “locker-room” behavior IS harmful in the workplace. If he is unaware of this behavior, maybe he can gain perspective by appointing ONE woman to his all-male advisory council (the S-Team).
