The work is crazy

The work at Amazon is always crazy and even more overwhelming during peak times of the year. Your hard work is usually overlooked instead of being recognized.

There's also no communication between different shifts, which can be potentially detrimental to building operations.

There are clears signs of favouritism between associates across all tiers. It often takes many applications for you to get a position, no matter how qualified you may be and how unqualified others may be.

Amazon needs less favouritism. Everyone should get an opportunity to be great. Amazon managers need to recognize the underdogs who really keep the gears going especially in certain departments. A thank you by itself goes a very long way.
