False accusation

Amazon needs to do something about the way it operates. I have been falsely accused of stealing. Each day, I am at a different station and, no matter what, something comes missing up out of a bunch of the orders. I am not a thief and have tried speaking to management about this problem but they always talk their way around what I am saying.

I hate going back to that place everyday but it is the only way to prove my innocence. All of my co-workers hate me and want to see me locked up. The company does not do much investigating other than watch me everyday hoping they will catch me take something, which will never happen.

I read on a website that they shame employees who get fired for this kind of stuff. What company handles business like that?
