Not robots

Everyone at Amazon knows management would rather have robots than us, but it'll be a long time until the robots can do everything we can do. Our work is too repetitive and we all get so many cases of carpal-tunnel and other injuries from repeating the same tasks too many times in a row. They treat us like a robot, but it doesn't have to be this way. They could rotate employees so we don’t get hurt or burnt out. It's really not complicated.

The other problem is politics. You can only get promoted if you kiss up to management. They always show favoritism among employees. They need to stop showing favorites because all of us employees see it and know it’s not fair.
