How many have to die

In both Indiana and Pennsylvania, workers died at Amazon warehouses during the month of September. One was crushed by a forklift and the other by a truck at a loading dock. Another person died at the same Pennsylvania FC a couple of years.

How does Amazon respond? With a statement: "Safety is our number one priority. Any safety incident that occurs within our operations is one too many."

If it's one too many, then how come 3 people already died and no one has seen any changes in procedures (at least not at my FC). Safety is definitely not our number one priority. People get hurt all the time and Amazon focuses on firing and replacing them, not changing anything to make our work safer. Amcare is about blaming you for your injuries, not helping you to recover and get back to work.

We need a union. That's the only we'll finally be safe working here.
