Vicious cycle

What's wrong with Amazon? Where do I start? Every supervisor I've worked with has poor leadership skills. There is very limited training for associates, if any at all. The inefficient scanners slow everyone down. Common sense logic is hardly ever used to increase efficiency and reduce congestion on the floor. Promotions are heavily biased towards suck-ups. Safety concerns are usually ignored.

The result? A very high attrition rate which restarts the whole cycle over and over again. Amazon likes to spout about a "Virtuous Cycle" driving their business, but this vicious cycle is really what's behind the curtain.

People say Jeff Bezos must be smart to be the richest man in the world, but I don't see it. This is one of the worst run places I've ever seen. So many things can be done to make it better but no one who cares ever sticks around long enough to make it happen.
