Need the same high bar

Work at Amazon requires a heavy workload and fast-pace, which might not work for you. There is the pressure of responsibility for delivering results. However, not all teams maintain the same high bar for performance. This had create a culture of politics and favoritism, which turns everyone against each other instead of working together to succeed.

Jeff Bezos needs to obsess over staff like we do for customers! Maybe if we really act like a meritocracy like he says we're supposed to, that would fix so many of our problems.
