Learn to lead a team

Amazon does not believe in work / life balance. Jeff Bezos said this himself on multiple occasions!

Amazon managers have poor employee expectation setting. They always surprise everyone with performance reviews that have nothing to do with what we were told to do in the past.

Most of the leaders at Amazon are first time people leaders. They need to learn how to lead a team, not just a business.

Leadership at all levels is misguided in their priorities. Amazon needs to invest in our people, because that's ultimately whose work the company is making money from.
