Brown Noser Director

There is a director who has been at Amazon for more than 10 years and I've seen him destroy the careers of so many of his staff through utter incompetence. Nearly every single person who has worked for him has left his department in less than one year, but he is so good at his one strong skill of sucking up to his VP that he continues to succeed in his career while hurting so many people. No matter how many people escalated all of the problems they've faced working with him, he's never faced any consequences for harming so many software developers and managers. It's amazing that no one in senior leadership or HR has fixed this situation in so many years, but I guess this is a sign of how broken Amazon management culture is.
