Needs to pay attention

Recently it came to our attention in our development centre - the whole office is speaking about this at the moment. That there is a specific Cloud Support Operations manager (male) who is promoting younger males without merit possibly in exchange for favours.

This specific manager is having relationships outside the office with these boys and in exchange his promoting them. This has now happened on 3 occasions with this specific manager and there is significant proof to back this up.

A male who rose from associate level to L5 within 1.5 years, while some of us been here for 4 years without a promotion.

Amazon needs to pay attention. It’s only a matter of time before you have a sexual harassment case on your hands.
