Mistreating new hires

I am somewhat a current employee of Amazon. I was hired in September 2016 and I still haven't started my first day of work. I keep contacting them and they keep telling me to wait. Then after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting, they sent in my I9 verification. (Which they didn't really put in the subject of the email they sent, so I sent them another email, and they told me to just come in and do all the paperwork there, so I scheduled a appointment.) Then I came in only to be told that something was wrong with HR, after 1 1/2 hours waiting with six other people in the same position! Afterwards, I had to schedule an appointment with some random place just to verify that I can work in the US! It took only 30 seconds. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me to wait. And recently, I was told to go to another New Hire Orientation!! 

This email can't tell you how much suffering i have been going through because of the negligence of this company. My bad experiences with this company can't be fit into a single email.
