Do not trust DOL

I accuse the Department of Labor of collusion with Amazon. According to information at my disposal, they worked with Amazon to dismiss a complaint I filed three months ago on their web site.

I worked at Amazon only for a few weeks. I fled the United States because I was being threatened. My personal conclusion is that they used me as a tool to hire cheaper H-1B workers. I filed a confidential complaint at the Department of Labor. It is made up of a 7-page document. It includes various materials. This first complaint is not the main subject of my story.

After a few week, I figured out that the Department of Labor had informed Amazon of my complaint. They were also working together to dismiss it. I filed a second complaint against the person I accuse of working for Amazon at the DOL..

I asked the DOL a copy of my first complaint before filing the second one. They sent it to me in less than a day. It seems that it's much more difficult to get the second one. I asked for it more than two weeks ago. They haven't sent it to me.

I have also given the possibility to the Special Agent, the Complaint Analysis Officer and the Complaint Analyst involved in this accusation to reject it. It seems that they haven't felt the need to do it. I will ask the FACE of Amazon to update my story if they decide to react.

Please DO NOT SEND ANY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO THE DOL about any fraud. Amazon might retaliate against you.

FYI the DOL has already been accused of collusion with corporations it is supposed to regulate. It happened under Tom Perez's leadership (https://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2016/03/31/18784690.php). We cannot rely on them. That's why we REALLY need to unionize.
