Eric Troyer (ELO Part II)

Eric Troyer (b. Elkhart, April 10, 1949 - ) – Keyboardist, singer, and songwriter. Recruited by Ben Bevan of ELO in 1989, Elkart-born Eric Troyer was the original keyboardist and vocalist of ELO Part II, which morphed into The Orchestra (without Bevan) in 2000. The Orchestra has released two studio albums, for which Troyer has written at least half of the songs. As a solo artist, Troyer had one hit “Mirage” in 1980. Over the years, Troyer has done session work as a keyboardist and back-up vocalist with numerous leading artists including John Lennon, James Taylor, Carly Simon, Lou Reed, Celine Dion, fellow Hoosier Rick Derringer, Bonnie Tyler, Billy Joel, Aerosmith, and Kiss.
