Supernatural

Supernatural (or MC Supernatural) – Rapper. Getting his start by rhyming with his friends on his schoolyard in his hometown of Marion, Supernatural moved to New York City in 1989 and built a reputation as an expert rapper in emceeing competitions. After signing with Elektra Records, he recorded Natural Disasters (1994-95), but it was not released until 2000. Instead of recording steadily, Supernatural has focused his career on live freestyle performances. In fact, his competitions with Craig G. and MC Juice have been legendary in the hip-hop world and are documented in part in Freestyle: the Art of Rhyme (Palm Pictures, 2000). On August 5, 2006, Supernatural set the Guinness World Record for freestyling continuously for over nine hours while hosting the Rock the Bells Festival in San Bernardino, California. In addition, his house was recently shown on MTV Cribs, and he made an appearance on MTV’s Pimp My Ride.
