Durand Jones and the Indications

Durand Jones and the Indications -- Soul band. The band consists of Durand Jones (vocals), Aaron Frazer (vocals and drums), Blake Rhein (guitar), Kyle Houpt (bass), and Steve Okonski (keyboards). The members met in 2012 as students at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music. In 2016, they recorded a low budget self-titled album, which included some live performances in Bloomington and Boston. Modeled very obviously after popular soul music and the late 1960s and into the 1970s, this act is on its way up in a hurry. Their second album, American Love Call, is available, and the band is booked all over the United States, Mexico, and ten different countries in Europe over the next several months (as of June 2019). Recently, Durand Jones and the Indications performed "Don't You Know" on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
