Ted Yoder

Ted Yoder -- Hammered dulcimer player. A resident of Goshen, Ted Yoder has been known around the world as "Dulcimer Dad," after his version of "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears for Fears went viral in 2016. Currently, Yoder is a highly sought-after performer at folk festivals, churches, coffee shops, etc., throughout the Midwest. He has played the dulcimer for many years and won the National Hammered Dulcimer Championship in 2010. He definitely has a large internet following, as many of his versions of classic rock/pop tunes have tens of thousands of views on youtube. He has also gotten recognition for his arrangements of many Christmas songs. Lastly, his CD Chocolate Skies (2012) includes a mix of originals, folk tunes, and covers (from the Beatles to Bach).
