Nancy Priddy

Nancy Priddy (b. South Bend, January 22, 1941 -- ) – Singer-songwriter and actress. South Bend born Nancy Priddy attended Oberlin College in Ohio and in 1968 released a successful folk album entitled You’ve Come This Way Before (Dot Records, 1968). Consisting of ten original songs, her album was produced by Phil Ramone. Also in 1968, she was a back-up vocalist on Leonard Cohen’s first album. Later, she made many television appearances as minor characters on such shows as The Waltons, Bewitched, Matlock, and Married . . . with Children. A breast cancer survivor, Priddy released a CD in 2008 called Christina’s Carousel, named after her daughter Christina Applegate (also a breast cancer survivor).
