Gospel Music Hall of Fame

Established in 1971, the Gospel Music Hall of Fame includes numerous musicians with Hoosier ties. Among them are Homer Rodeheaver (1973), Bill Gaither (1983), B.D. Ackley (1991), Dottie Rambo (1992), Gloria Gaither (1997), the Gaither Trio (1999), Petra (2000), Sandy Patti (2004), Doug Oldham (2006), Gaither Vocal Band (2014), and Rich Mullins (2014). In addition, HOF member Haldor Lillenas (1885-1959), an evangelist, songwriter and publisher, owned Lillenas Publishing Company in Indianapolis from 1924 to 1931.
