Electric Amish

Electric Amish – Parody Rock Band. Made up of three fictional Amish men currently living in Indiana Amish country, the Electric Amish is a power trio, which plays rock song parodies that make a mockery of Amish and Mennonite lifestyle. From 1995 to 1999, the Electric Amish recorded three albums entitled Barn to be Wild, Milkin’ It, and A Hard Day’s Work. Although they have not released an album since, they still perform regionally in their traditional Amish appearance. The Electric Amish first became widely known through live performances and airplay on the Bob and Tom radio show, which their guitarist Dean Metcalf produces. The other members of the band are Barclay Grayson (bass, surprisingly electric) and Kyle Grayson (drums).
