Terri Hollowell

Terri Hollowell (b. Jeffersonville, July 2, 1956 - ) – Singer. A 1974 graduate of Jeffersonville High School, Hollowell charted five country singles with the Nashville-based Con Brio Records from 1978 to 1980. Among them was a cover of “Strawberry Fields Forever,” which charted for eight weeks. During her recording successes, she toured the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. She was especially active in England, which she visited five times. There, she toured with Don Williams, co-hosted on four BBC televisions specials, and appeared at the Wembley Festival and the Portsmouth Festival (the latter with Glenn Campbell and Johnny Cash). In 1980, she left the music business in order to devote her life to her family. In her short recording career, she released two LPs: Just You and Me and Stay With Me.
