Niyoki

Niyoki (b. Kedrah Niyoki White in Fort Wayne, November 15, 1973 - ) -- Singer and songwriter. The daughter of a pastor, Niyoki recorded two Christian albums in a modern pop style, while pursuing a career in Nashville. My Everything (2006) and Rest (2008) both charted in the top fifty on Billboard's Gospel chart. As a member of an all-female group Milenia, Noyoki toured with Prince from 2000 to 2001. Earlier in Fort Wayne, she was part of family group called the White Family. Educated at the University of Tennessee, she is now back in Indiana serving as Minister of Music at the Union Baptist Church in Angola since 2010. Married since 2013, she now goes by Niyoki Chapman.
