Tull Glazener

Tull Glazener (b. November 16, 1954 - ) -- Appalachian dulcimer player, clinician, and singer. Based in Indianapolis, Tull Glazener is well-known in the folk music world as an expert of the Appalachian dulcimer. Since 1984, he has appeared at folk festivals and workshops around the country, and he has written nine instructional books. He also has free tablature for many songs on his website www.tullglazener.com. Glazener incorporates a wide range of styles into his performing and teaching; they include jazz, ragtime, traditional, classical, waltzes, and pop. He is the leader of the group DOGs (Dulcimers Only Group) of the Central Indiana Folk Music and Mountain Dulcimer Society and the Family Reunion String Band. He often performs with vocalist/guitarist Mary McCormack.
