Polly Draper

Polly Carey Draper (b. Gary, Indiana, June 15, 1956 - ) – Actress and producer. Born in Gary and raised in Palo Alto, California, Draper studied drama at Yale University (B.A. in 1977 and M.F.A. in 1980). As an actress, she is best known for playing Ellyn Warren on ABC’s thirtysomething from 1987 to 1991. During a 1989 appearance on the Arsenio Hall Show, she met the show’s bandleader Michael Wolff, whom she married and had two children with: Nat and Alex Wolff. Yes, she is the mother of the two kids in the Naked Brothers Band! In fact, she is the writer, director, and executive producer of their movie (2005) and TV series (2007- ), which both center on the brothers’ real band that they have had since pre-school. Draper also received accolades for her acting, writing, and production work for The Tic Code (2000), a movie that focuses on Tourrete’s Syndrome (a condition that her husband has).
