Description: This Huge Adamantine Greataxe +5 of Bane (Undead), Shocking Burst, Thundering and Wounding (Dmg: 4d6, Crit: x3) is covered with ancient depictions of Dol Dorn represented as a terrifying minotaur waging into combat. In addition to the impressive inherent magic that the axe constantly has, it can also be used to strike at the ground, causing an effect equal to Earthquake (CL 20th), but as an extraordinary ability. Any related saving throw DCs are modified by the wielder's Strength modifier. Using this effect is a standard action and requires the wielder to be standing on or otherwise in contact with the ground.

Tales tell that the only way to be certain to destroy the Axe of Paradornis is to use it's Earthquake ability on an area that would include a temple, shrine or church specifically dedicated to Dol Dorn (as opposed to a similar site for the entire Sovereign Host). If the axe is used in such a way, the Earthquake still occurs, but the axe shatters into a thousand pieces in the process.
