Dolgrim

This squat humanoid vaguely resembles a goblin, except for the fact that it has two sets of arms and two mouths. Its torso is hunched over and it does not have anything resembling a neck; the skull being extended and completely merging with the shoulders. As it scampers toward you, morningstar in one hand, spear in another and a shield in a third, the two mouths appear to be muttering to each other, commenting on how tasty you will be once your dead.

Dolgrims are comprised of two goblins, merged together into one body. The dual consciousness of their brains are left intact, allowing it to act as two in the body of one. While not particularly hardy, as dolgrims do not have racial hit dice, they are often fighters, rogues and other types of meaningless brutes. Depending on their purpose, they may be armed with different weapons and feats suited to their needs. For example, dolgrim archers can fire arrows from two bows at once and often have Point Blank Shot instead of Toughness. Particularly intelligent dolgrims may learn Common or Goblin.
