Description:

This armor has been adorned with a Khyber dragonshard in the center of the chest; the air elemental trapped inside making the armor making it appear a translucent blue. The wearer gains a fly speed of 60' (good maneuverability) and once per day can transform into a whirlwind (Reflex DC 18, 10' - 40', 12 minutes), as per a Large Air Elemental via the Elemental Body III spell. While in this form, you have all of the other benefits of Elemental Body III, but this special quality only allows you to enter from your regular form into the whirlwind form and back. It does not allow the Large Air Elemental form by itself.
