In order to cast this spell, you must target a suit of armor that would normally decrease the movement rate of the wearer. For the spell's duration, the touched suit of armor does not incur any penalty to the wearer's movement rate. All other qualities and penalties, like Armor Check penalty, of the armor worn still apply normally.
