Description:

This armor has been adorned with a Khyber dragonshard in the center of the chest; the water elemental trapped inside making the armor creating pearl and coral decorations. The wearer can breath underwater, as per the Water Breathing spell, and the armor penalty from this does not apply to Swim checks. The wearer can create a Quench spell up to three times per day.

Construction Requirements: Craft Arms and Armor, Bind Elemental, Quench, Water Breathing
