Known as the Aberrant House, House Tarkanan is not really a Dragonmarked House. It certainly is not recognized by the Treaty of the Mark and its very presence has united all of the other Dragonmarked Houses against this collection of those that bear aberrant dragonmarks. Thus, it can only really be descriped as a potent and widespread terrorist organization.
