Description:

This crystal pendant is a deep shape of blue-green and any who touch it are reminded of a deep, clear, calm sea. When worn by someone that has at least 1 power point, the Pendant of Joy creates a resonating field of positive emotions within 30' of the wearer. While this field is not strong enough to influence decisions or dictate courses of action, it does cause those that are willing to talk to be more patient and understanding, providing a +5 morale bonus to Diplomacy checks to anyone within 30'. Also, those that are Unfriendly (as per the Diplomacy rules) are considered as Indifferent for the purposes of Diplomacy check DCs. This does not affect those that Hostile, nor does it affect the results of failing a Diplomacy check against an Unfriendly target, only that the DC is calculated as Indifferent.
