Description:
A dragonmarked scepter is a meticulously crafted cane, mounted with the head of a dragon, adorned in gems and a single Siberys dragonshard, attuned to a specific true dragonmark, in the forehead. When wielded by someone with the appropriate dragonmark, the dragonmarked scepter is able to fuel one use per day of one of their abilities, based on the strength of the scepter.
Minor dragonmarked scepters can only fuel one use of a Least dragonmarked spell-like ability per day. Moderate dragonmarked scepters can fuel one use of either a Least or Lesser dragonmarked spell-like ability per day, while greater scepters can fuel one use of either a Least, Lesser or Greater dragonmarked spell-like ability per day. Once the scepter has been used, the Siberys dragonshard looses its light until a full 24 hours have passed or until the wielder naturally regains his own dragonmarked spell-like abilities, whichever comes first. Dragonmarked Scepters cannot be used to power Siberys dragonmark spell-like abilities, nor can they be used by someone that does not have the appropriate true dragonmark.
Construction Requirements: Craft Rod, creator must have either a least true dragonmark (minor), lesser dragonmark true (moderate) or greater true dragonmark (greater) of the attuned true dragonmark.
