Description:

To date, there have only been three Dragonshard Cores known to exist. None of them have been within the current age and all of them were last seen by adventurers of prior ages working on behalf of the Chamber, a council of dragons that oversee the Prophecy. In all cases, a Dragonshard Core looks like a dragonshard as thick as one's thumb, one of each type, embedded in a round diamond as big as a baby's fist and set in a band of either adamantine, gold or mithral. Their powers are instantly known to whomever wears it and, likewise, the dragons of the Prophecy are rumored to be instantly aware when one is donned again. The powers involved is based on the type of dragonshard

Eberron: The wearer of this shard gains spell resistance of 25 and any spell or effect that heals or repairs hit point damage heals double the amount.

Khyber: The wearer of this shard is immune to any effect with an elemental descriptor that provides for spell resistance unless he wants to be affected by it. In addition, the wearer is immune to fire and cold damage and gains a fly speed of 30' (perfect) and a burrow speed of 30'

Siberys: The wearer of this shard is instantly aware of any creature with a dragonmarked spell-like ability within 100', including exact direction and distance (meaning they can target the squares of these creatures). With a Wisdom check, DC 15, the wearer can also discern the exact strength and functions of the dragonmarked spell-like abilities of a specific creature (including exact spell-like abilities, caster level, feats, magical items that augment those abilities, etc). Aberrant dragonmarks can also be checked with this power, but if the wearer rolls a natural '1' on the Wisdom check, the wearer is nauseated for 1 minute. Lastly, the wielder can create an Anti-Magic Field around himself, to a radius of 100', but only in respect to dragonmarked spell-like abilities.
