Description:

This golden circlet fits over the head, like a headband, but does adjust to fit over a helmet if needed. While worn, it provides two significant functions for the wearer. The first is the ability to send, but not receive, telepathic messages to any ally within 100' and line of sight as a free action. This can be used to send the same message to multiple allies at once. Second, once per day, as a standard action that does not provoke, it can cast a Remove Fear spell on every ally within 30' of the wearer. These circlets were originally designed for leaders of warforged units to further the idea that they act as one machine, but, as warforged components have been reworked for Pathfinder, any race can use them.
