Description:

This heavy metal plaque or cornerstone encases a single Siberys dragonshard and usually formed to be incorporated into the construction or permanent decoration of a house or other fixed structure. When someone with the Mark of Warding uses their dragonmarked spell-like abilities within 20 feet of the Houseward, any duration beyond instantaneous is multiplied by 24, to a maximum of a number of days per caster level.

This benefit does not apply to any spells cast by those with the Mark of Warding, only spell-like abilities. The metal plaque has a hardness of 10 and 480 hit points, half of which must be removed before one can reach the Siberys dragonshard inside.

Construction Requirements: Craft Wondrous Item, Extend Spell, Guards and Wards, creator must have the Mark of Warding

Construction Cost: 10,000 gp and a Siberys dragonshard worth at least 2,500 gp.
