When you cast this spell, the weapon touched does an additional 2d6 points of damage to creatures that have a dragonmark (true or aberrant), or against dragonmarked items, for the duration of the spell. If this spell is cast on a ranged weapon, it imparts this quality to the ammunition fired. This extra damage does not apply to creatures that do not have a dragonmark (true or aberrant). The weapon touched also has its hardness and hit points increased by 50%, round down, for the duration of the spell.

At the time of casting, you must designate one type of dragonmark (aberrant or one of the true dragonmarks, as per the Dragonmark Feats) that is immune to this extra damage and that particular dragonmark must be present on either yourself or on the wielder of the weapon at the time of the casting. If neither of these options exist, the spell does not provide any additional damage, but the increase to hardness and hit points still applies. Since aberrant dragonmarks are always unique, if an aberrant dragonmark is chosen, it does not impart immunity to anyone except the bearer of that specific aberrant dragonmark.

Dragonmark Weapon, Greater

School: Transmutation; Level: Artificer 5, cleric / oracle 5, inquisitor 4, magus 4, paladin 4, ranger 4, sorcerer / wizard 5

This spell functions as Dragonmark Weapon, except that the additional damage is 4d6 and the weapon's hardness and hit points are doubled for the duration. This spell does not stack with Dragonmark Weapon.
