And just like that, Phase 2 is done

Phase 2 was going to be a lot quicker than Phase 1. The only big things that were updated was the rules for chase scenes and prestige points.

Now, it's just a matter of doing the final clean up and post this bad boy.

It doesn't seem like a year already, but it's nearly there.
