Spells - Part 2 & Magical Items - Part 1

Most of the spells from the Eberron corebook have been converted, including those necessary for the artificer infusion list. Likewise, the magical items, except artifacts, have been converted. Both categories need examined and repriced for balance, but there isn't any game mechanic issues so far.
