Wands, Eternal

Eternal wands are wands created with an Eberron dragonshard mounted on the apex. Unlike normal wands, eternal wands only have two charges, which renew every day whenever the wielder rests to regain his spells. Likewise, while the caster level for eternal wands is always the minimum possible for the spell, the additional cost for rare material components is waived due to the rarity of the Eberron dragonshard needed in its construction. In all other ways, they function as per normal wands. The pricing for an Eternal Wand is Caster Level x Spell Level x 800, with an Eberron Dragonshard worth at least 10% of base price. Construction: Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item; Cost: 50 gp; an Eberron dragonshard worth at least 150 gp.

Eternal Wand (1st-level spell): Faint (appropriate to spell); CL: 1st; Price: 800 gp;

Construction: Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item; Cost: 100 gp; an Eberron dragonshard worth at least 300 gp.

Eternal Wand (2nd-level spell): Faint (appropriate to spell); CL: 3rd; Price:4,800 gp;

Construction: Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item; Cost: 400 gp; an Eberron dragonshard worth at least 2,000 gp.

Eternal Wand (3rd-level spell): Faint (appropriate to spell); CL: 5th; Price: 12,000 gp;

Construction: Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item; Cost: 1,000 gp; an Eberron dragonshard worth at least 5,000 gp.

Eternal Wand (4th-level spell): Faint (appropriate to spell); CL: 7th; Price: 22,400 gp;

Construction: Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item; Cost: 4,200 gp; an Eberron dragonshard worth at least 7,000 gp.
